The value for the money at Hillside Cottage was exceptional, with a beautiful and immaculate room that had its own unique charm. The staff provided a warm welcome and the cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The breakfast option could have been improved by offering a greater variety of choices.

This cottage was a dream for guests with disabilities. It had all the amenities and facilities needed for a comfortable stay. The owner provided a comprehensive information sheet and gave us a warm welcome. The cottage was warm and cozy, with beautiful views. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. We loved the outside seating area, perfect for enjoying drinks and meals. The location was picturesque and quiet, with direct walks from the cottage.
We felt right at home here and had nothing to complain about.

We had a delightful stay at a beautiful cottage, with its own charm and immaculate condition. the cottage was incredibly cosy and comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring the stunning surrounding area. We especially loved the pretty little garden area that offered fabulous views, where we could unwind with a glass of wine. It was truly idyllic. the cottage was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen and a selection of teas and coffees. Fresh flowers, biscuits, and even milk in the fridge added a lovely touch. Not to mention, waking up to the breathtaking views every morning was a real treat. Cons: There was nothing we didn't like. 😊.

I recently stayed at Hillside Cottage for a week-long getaway. The location was perfect, nestled in a peaceful and picturesque setting, with beautiful walks right from the front door. The cottage itself was cozy and comfortable, with a super comfy bed and all the amenities you could ask for. I was pleasantly surprised to find everything I needed in the kitchen, including a cheese grater, so no need to bring extra utensils. The cottage was exceptionally clean and the little touches, like fresh flowers and biscuits, made me feel right at home. The views from all the windows were simply breathtaking, and I loved waking up to them every day. a wonderful stay in a beautiful setting.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Our stay was overall very good. the cottage had a well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed. the rest of the house was comfortable and well set up. We particularly enjoyed the lovely views from the cottage and the nice patio where we could enjoy drinks and meals.
It's important to note that parking is located some distance from the property and requires a steep climb up a hill. This could be challenging for anyone with mobility problems.

Warm and comfortable with comprehensive information from the owner. Walks direct from the cottage. Super comfy and relaxing cottage with stunning views from all windows. Exceptionally clean with all utensils provided. Added touch of milk in the fridge, fresh flowers, and biscuits. Beautiful peaceful location, with lovely walks and a walkable distance to the town centre. Very comfortable bedding and well-equipped cottage. Personal cheese grater not necessary.

I recently had a wonderful weekend break at a charming cottage in a picturesque location. The cottage was beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable, providing the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The views from the cottage were simply breathtaking, which made waking up in the morning an absolute joy. Despite the steepness of the hill and the stairs, the views made it all worthwhile.
